Vending Empire

Vending Empire is a first-person simulator where you build your own vending machine business across a living, breathing city.

Start small — just a little cash and one machine. Head to the supply store, carry boxes back yourself, unpack them, and stock your machines by hand. NPC citizens wander the city all day, stopping to buy snacks from machines you've placed in the right spots.

Every decision matters. Where you place machines, how you manage stock, when you collect profits. Upgrade your machines, unlock better snacks, and expand your empire across every corner of the city.

This project was created by a non-developer with very little experience in most areas of game design, mainly as a prototype to explore the idea.
